To utilize our cheque cashing service, simply bring your third-party cheque(s) to us along with proper identification, which will be used to register you in our database.
Our process involves verifying the cheque, checking your ID, and informing you of the amount of cash you will receive in exchange for the cheque.
As part of industry regulations concerning money laundering prevention, we are required to verify the identity of our customers upon request. This is seamlessly integrated into our registration process. Please understand that we may ask you a series of standard questions to ensure the validity of the cheque. These questions are designed to assist us in cashing your cheque and should not be taken as offensive.

To complete a transaction, customers MUST provide one photo ID and one address document.
- Identity (photo) document (1 required):
- Current UK/EU photocard Driving Licence (Full or Provisional) (If the driving licence is a paper version, another ID from this list will be required)
- Current Passport
- UK Biometric Immigration Document
- UK Firearm/Shotgun Licence
- EU National ID Card
- Northern Ireland Electoral Office Identity Card
Address document (1 required):
- Must be dated within 3 months unless stated otherwise
- Recent Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, Sky, etc.)
- Water Bill (for the current year)
- TV Licence (12-month licence, valid until expiry date on licence; 5-year licence, valid for 3 months from the date of issue)
- HMRC correspondence
- Council/Housing Association Agreement
- Bank/Building Society Statement
- Credit Card Statement
- Mortgage Statement
- Council Tax Bill (for the current year)
The following two items can be used as Address ID, but they MUST be accompanied by another piece of PHOTO ID:
- Current UK Photocard Driving Licence (Full or Provisional)
- UK Firearm/Shotgun Licence
Please note that Student Cards, mobile phone bills, Debt collection agency letters, Bank cards, Bus pass/City cards, court letters, police letters, and birth certificates WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS ID.
